Video of a 10 lbs Baby Being Born IN A MOVING CAR!

Baby Born in a Moving Car

This… is absolutely incredible. It’s like The Fast And The Furious meets She’s Having a Baby. Watch this pregnant mother go from 0-to-Newborn in less than two minutes (seen at 2:14).

Don’t worry. It’s not gross, it doesn’t show anything indecent, and aside from some much-understood shouting on the part of the (not for long) pregnant passenger, Lesia Pettijohn, there’s nothing very alarming about the video. Other than the sudden and intense envy some parents might experience watching this drag race of a delivery that happened in… A… FRIGGIN’… CAR!!!

If you’re wondering why he didn’t pull over, it turns out she’d told him to keep going and they didn’t have a working cellphone. And because Jonathan apparently teaches ice how to be cool.

Also, for anyone who comments about her riding without her seat belt or her newborn baby not being safely placed and properly restrained in a car seat, you can get a hobby or just immediately and permanent piss right off.

Welcome to the world, baby Josiah.

O.M.G. & the hospital gave me grief about not wanting to sit at home and wait a “little longer” for both my pregnancies. Umm….that’s why right there. Congrats to the family! I want to know how everyone is doing now. Update please!

It happened so recently, and they’ve already got kids, so I hope they have some kind of peace and calmness after such so much media frenzy. But yeah, I also reeeeeally want to know more. 😉

  • I can only imagine… I remember that driving while in mild labour was the worst feeling, just sitting liek that was incredibly uncomfortable! Congrats on rocking this babe into life!

That video is so amazing. Congrats to them. glad he is healthy and safe. One of my favorite parts about the video was seeing her belly’s contractions. That was SO COOL. I don’t remember watching/ seeing mine do that, I was too busy breathing/ squeezing my husband’s hand/ moaning, etc.

I saw that too! I watched all my three sons come into this world and I never picked up that detail either.
