Pee Pee DanceJust bustin’ a move.

Ah the pee pee dance. It’s the first dance we ever learn.

I guess I can’t be sure, though. Maybe he is dancing. Gyrating while grabbing your crotch practically qualifies as a style of dance these days. I guess I should be thankful he doesn’t twerk when he needs to take a dump.

  • My daughter has told me a very similar tune numerous times.

Me: “Um…honey, I think you should probably try to go the bathroom first.”
    Mackenzie: “Why?”
Me: “Because, hon, you’re doing the peepee dance.”
Mackenzie: “No daddy. That’s just a beautiful dance I’m doing.” (begins doing the peepee dance again, but with a little flourish) “See? I don’t have to go potty.”

Looks like a pee pee dance if I have ever seen one!

It’s like… No. Nope. Don’t have to. No. No pee. Nop-GOTTAGOGOTTAGOGOTTAGO!!!

I’ve gotten that one, but I think my favorite was:

“I don’t have to go potty…I’m just really excited”.

  • Jo says:

Dood, that kid’s gotta pee fo sho! 😉

    • Andy says:

Sometimes I think he has a means of reabsorbing pee into his body somehow.

Does that mean he turns out not to need to go after all or that he hardly ever needs to go or that he can hold it in very long? Does he, like, wet himself and then suddenly be dry?

I have a really good memory and I am also really active. Imagine Pinkie Pie from My Little Pony, I’m THAT active. So when I was little my dad always thought I was doing the pee pee dance when I was instead doing the regular dance. Just goes to show….you can never be sure. Also little kids do wiggle when they are excited. I remember.
