I have a friend that always says: “mom is a nature, dad is a job”…
That sounds almost zen.
Zen and the Art of parenthood Maintenance
OMG, this is a brilliant category. The other day I told my husband that I had missed what he was saying because I was thinking about bananas. He didn’t even bat an eyelid.
That one is fantastic! We’ve got a special place in our hearts here for bananas. (See this Instructional Diagram and look closely)
She’s almost right – I think it should be partially your job to help her out with the kids.
The other part sounds about right though lol
I think she may have been including me in the “kids” category. She’s raising me, too.
Laughed so hard…this is totally something I would say! Love it!
My wife says the same thing to me except she usually punctuates it with a ‘your job is to shut the hell up’
Love, Love, Love it. Too bad it doesn’t work!
She thinks it’s too bad, I’m kinda glad it doesn’t. I cannot be stopped or silenced! I will burn a bra if I have to to prove it!
Oh trust me I know you cannot be stopped or silenced. Neither can my husband, much to my dismay!
Go ahead a burn a bra – see what that will get you…. lol She will be thrilled that she can go spend your money on a new one, or she hates shopping for bras and is now even more ticked with you. Either way its gonna cost you.
I love the saying “Happy wife, Happy life”. If only I could get my husband play along!!
I love shopping for bras with my wife. “Bra shopping wife, happy husband.” Burn baby burn!
It’s so great!
